I'd offer $3250. If it were local to me I'd probably buy it haha. It's gonna be a fun car to drive, and easy enough to work on yourself.

Yeah...resources fine. The "needs all 4 wheel sensors" sounds like "needs new ESP/ABS control unit"

If he doesn't budge.. Bring up that the car isn't stock. He put facelifted headlights on it (maybe he messed up the wiring), he tinted the tail lights, etc.

You'd be a genius if you can get him to part with it for 3300 or less. The ignition barrel is one of those PITA jobs that really is worth taking it in for. All or the other stuff is child's play. Might need a valve adjustment and some other little stuff but it looks like its in good shape.

More than likely at least...Take it from someone who's replaced some sensors and a control unit before...
Could still be a good buy though. Check over the suspension and make sure all the bushings are ok. BMW suspension design is complex and all those little pieces of rubber add up...
